Our classic round board is great for small gatherings and gifting. This board serves 6-8 people. Charcuterie is displayed on a disposable palm leaf tray and we curate meats and cheeses, assorted nuts and jam, assorted fresh and dried fruits on the board.

This oblong shaped board is great for entertaining and sharing. Our Oval Board is a palm leaf disposable tray in which we fill with meats and cheeses, fruits fresh and dried. Assorted nuts, jam, olives and more.

Our rectangle tray serves up to 20 people. Charcuterie meats and cheeses are is displayed on a disposable wood tray. We curate meats and cheeses, assorted nuts and jam, fresh and dried fruits & include a side roll of crackers.

Vegetables are beautiful and paired with hummus and dill make them even more delicious. Your tray is 14” diameter and serves 10.

Assortment of charcuterie meats and cheeses. Fresh and dried fruits. Nuts and crackers. Jam and Honey. Displayed on a table with food grade paper as the base. We include all bowls and cutlery for serving. Fresh greenery and flowers line the table and our display is an art form. Flat Lay Grazing is great for a large group to graze and self serve. So much variety, colors, tastes and beauty make these tables our most popular and requested item. Let’s set up a Grazing Table for your next event!
FLAT LAY GRAZING TABLES

Flat lay grazing is a cost affordable, beautiful display of charcuterie meats and cheeses. This fully disposable set up ia great for small and large groups, company functions, baby showers, weddings, bridal events and birthdays! We display our tables on food grade paper with disposable bowls and serving utensils. We add in fresh greenery or flowers depending on your event theme. Our set up requires at least 6’ length of a table and 1-2 hours of set up time. Inquire to reserve!

Our STORY
Owned and operated by Michelle Keifer and her daughter Aimee. California born and raised with over 25 years experience in events, hospitality, sales, marketing, catering and food service, Michelle is driven to provide experiences and memories through food and community. Rustic Mule has been in operation for 5 years in Lincoln Ca. Started out as a horse trailer beverage bar business and evolved through catering and food service which brings us to the flagship store in Lincoln, CA, Rustic Mule Grazing. Offering offsite grazing tables and in house charcuterie. Our GRAB & GO market is available daily for walk in snacks and lunch. With an in-house prep kitchen on site all our food is prepared in house. We offer daily charcuterie boxes, sandwiches and salads. Holidays and catering are our specialty. Come visit us TUESDAY-SATURDAY.

We source only the freshest and highest quality ingredients. We believe in supporting our community and providing our customers with the best possible experience. Our cheeses are sourced from incredible cheesemakers both local and across the globe, you have to try them! From PDO’s to organic farmers, our cheese is memorable and delicious.
Our favorite CLASSIC cheeses include: Brie, Gouda, Irish cheddar, Manchego, Sharp Cheddar, Coastal Cheddar & Boursin, Goat, Havarti, Toscano Merlot, Blue Cheese, Swiss & seasonal infused cheeses like Stilton and varieties of Toscano cheddars,
